Christine Trefethen,MOT, OTR/L, RCYT is a registered children's yoga instructor, as well as an occupational therapist. These therapy groups focus strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination, as well as provide opportunities to practice social skills, self-calming, stress relief and relaxation.
